Robot vacuum runs for a very short time (5–10 minutes) and then returns to the dock or shuts off without an error code.

Safety first: Unplug the dock before removing the battery. Do not short or puncture the battery pack.

• 1. Full charge cycle: Place the robot on the dock and allow it to charge uninterrupted until it indicates a full charge.
• 2. Run to depletion: Start a cleaning cycle and let the robot run until it returns to the dock or shuts off. Note the runtime.
• 3. Compare to spec: If runtime is significantly below the original specification (e.g., less than half), the battery is likely worn.
• 4. Replace battery: Remove the battery cover, disconnect the old LG battery pack, and install a new, compatible LG battery. Ensure the connector is fully seated and the pack is secured.
• 5. Calibrate: After replacement, perform one full charge and discharge cycle to help the robot estimate the new battery capacity.
