Robot vacuum smells musty or dusty when running, even after emptying the bin.

Safety first: Turn off and unplug the dock before deep cleaning. Do not wet electrical components.

• 1. Deep clean dustbin: Remove the bin and, if the manual allows, wash it with mild soap and water. Dry completely before reinstalling.
• 2. Replace HEPA filter: Install a new LG-compatible HEPA filter if the old one is discolored or smells.
• 3. Clean pre-filter: Wash or replace the pre-filter according to the manual.
• 4. Vacuum vents: Use a separate vacuum with a brush attachment to clean intake and exhaust vents on the robot.
