• 3. Reduce obstacles: Remove objects near the dock that may block the IR signal or physically obstruct docking.
• 4. Check battery health: If the robot often stops far from the dock with low battery, the battery may be weak and need replacement.

When to call a technician: If the robot cannot detect the dock even when placed nearby, the docking sensor or IR receiver may be faulty and require service.
