• 1. Clean all sensors: Wipe front, side, and underside sensors and any camera lens with a soft, dry cloth.
• 2. Update firmware: Use the Miele app to check for and install any available firmware updates.
• 3. Reset map: If your model supports mapping, delete the existing map and allow the robot to create a new one with a full cleaning run.
• 4. Reduce clutter: Remove temporary obstacles (toys, cables) that can confuse navigation.

When to call a technician: If navigation remains erratic after cleaning sensors and resetting maps, there may be a fault in the navigation sensors or main PCB that requires service.
