How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off the robot.

  • Clean navigation sensors: Wipe the LDS turret window or camera lens and all top-facing sensors with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Avoid manual moves: During cleaning, avoid picking up and relocating the robot; use the app to send it home instead.
  • Remap: Delete the existing map in the app and perform a new full mapping run with doors open and minimal obstacles.
  • Firmware update: Check for and install any firmware updates that address mapping or navigation.

Warning: Do not cover the LDS turret or camera with decorative covers; this will severely impair mapping.
