Possible Causes
Wi‑Fi module firmware glitch, Weak 2.4 GHz signal, Router incompatible settings, Internal Wi‑Fi antenna damage
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure the robot is on the dock with sufficient battery.
- Step 1 – Reboot robot and router: Turn OFF the robot for 30 seconds, then ON. Power cycle your Wi‑Fi router.
- Step 2 – Check network: Confirm your router broadcasts a 2.4 GHz network (not 5 GHz only) and that SSID and password contain only standard characters.
- Step 3 – Re-pair in OKP app: Use the app to remove the robot, then follow the pairing instructions again, keeping the robot within 2–3 meters of the router.
- Step 4 – Avoid interference: Move the dock away from microwaves, cordless phone bases, and thick walls.
- Step 5 – If E11 persists: The Wi‑Fi module or antenna inside the robot may be faulty and require board-level repair or replacement.
