Possible Causes
Airflow sensor clogged with dust, Sensor tube disconnected, Airflow sensor failure, Main board analog input fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the dust bin.
- Step 1 – Clean filters and bin: A clogged system can confuse the airflow sensor. Empty the bin and clean filters thoroughly.
- Step 2 – Inspect airflow path: Look for any flexible tubes or channels leading from the suction area to a small sensor. Ensure they are not kinked or disconnected.
- Step 3 – Lightly tap sensor housing: If accessible, gently tap the sensor housing to dislodge dust.
- Step 4 – Test: Reassemble and run the robot. If E19 remains, the airflow sensor or main board may require replacement.
