Possible Causes

Battery pack deeply discharged, Battery connector loose, Battery cells degraded, Charging circuit fault on main board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Ensure the dock is on a non-flammable surface and use only the original OKP charger.

  • Step 1 – Hard power reset: Turn the main power switch OFF for 30 seconds, then back ON.
  • Step 2 – Manual docking: Place the robot directly onto the charging dock so the contacts align. Confirm the charging indicator on the robot lights up.
  • Step 3 – Extended charge: Allow the robot to charge uninterrupted for at least 4–6 hours, even if it appears unresponsive at first.
  • Step 4 – Check battery connection (advanced): If comfortable, remove the bottom cover (after turning OFF and removing from dock) and verify the battery connector is firmly plugged into the main board.
  • Step 5 – Test run: After charging, start a cleaning cycle. If E9 reappears quickly or the runtime is very short, the battery pack is likely worn out and should be replaced.
