How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank. Keep electronics away from spilled water.

  • Step 1 – Empty tank: Pour out all water and dry the outside of the tank.
  • Step 2 – Inspect for cracks: Hold the tank up to light and look for hairline cracks or leaks around seams.
  • Step 3 – Check cap and gasket: Ensure the cap is tight and the rubber gasket is not deformed.
  • Step 4 – Storage practice: Do not leave the water tank installed when the robot is docked or stored. Install only when mopping.
  • Step 5 – Replace tank: If leaks persist, replace the water tank assembly.
