Robot vacuum frequently gets stuck on thresholds, rugs, or cords

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot before freeing it from obstacles.

• Step 1 – Inspect wheels: Check the tread on the drive wheels. If smooth or cracked, replace the wheel modules.
• Step 2 – Clean underside: Remove hair and dust from around wheels and bottom cover that may reduce clearance.
• Step 3 – Manage environment: Use cable clips or covers to keep cords off the floor and remove very thick rugs from the cleaning area.
• Step 4 – Use virtual barriers (if supported): In the OKP app, set no-go zones around problematic areas.
