Robot vacuum leaves clumps of hair and debris behind the main brush area

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot.

• Step 1 – Remove main brush: Open the brush cover and take out the brush.
• Step 2 – Inspect bristles/fins: If the bristles are very short or the rubber fins are cracked, replace the brush with a compatible OKP brush.
• Step 3 – Check brush guard: Ensure the brush cover and rubber seals are intact and not warped.
• Step 4 – Reinstall correctly: Align the keyed ends of the brush with the matching slots and ensure it sits fully down before closing the cover.
• Step 5 – Test cleaning: Run the robot on a small debris pile to confirm proper pickup.
