Possible Causes

Side brush bristles bent or worn, Side brush spinning too slowly, Edge sensors misaligned causing distance from wall, Incorrect cleaning mode

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot.

Step 1 – Inspect side brushes: Check for bent or missing bristles. Replace worn side brushes.
Step 2 – Clean side brush hubs: Remove hair from the base of the side brushes and ensure they spin freely.
Step 3 – Use edge mode (if available): In the app or via remote, select an edge or corner cleaning mode.
Step 4 – Verify wall sensors: Clean the side IR sensors so the robot can track along walls accurately.
