Possible Causes
Mop pad dirty or folded, Water outlet clogged or too open, Water tank seal damaged, Incorrect mop pad installation
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the water tank.
- Step 1 – Remove mop pad: Detach the microfiber pad from the mopping plate and wash it thoroughly. Allow it to dry partially before reuse.
- Step 2 – Inspect water outlets: Check the small holes or felt strip where water exits the tank. Clean any mineral buildup or debris.
- Step 3 – Check seals: Inspect the rubber gasket on the tank cap and around the outlet. Replace the tank if seals are cracked.
- Step 4 – Reinstall pad flat: Attach the mop pad so it is flat and fully covers the plate, with no folds.
- Step 5 – Test on small area: Run a short mopping cycle and observe water distribution.
