Robot vacuum powers on but will not start cleaning when Start button is pressed

Possible Causes

Start button membrane worn, Button contacts oxidized, Child lock enabled in app, Main board button input failure

Safety first: Ensure the robot has sufficient charge.

Step 1 – Try app or remote: Attempt to start cleaning from the OKP app or remote control. If that works, the physical button is suspect.
Step 2 – Check for child lock: In the app, verify that any child lock or key lock feature is disabled.
Step 3 – Clean around button: Wipe the button area with a dry cloth to remove grime that may hinder travel.
Step 4 – If button still unresponsive: The top cover button board or main board input circuit may need replacement.
