Possible Causes
Lithium battery cells aged, Battery pack overheats and triggers protection, Battery connector partially loose, Frequent partial charges causing wear
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.
- Step 1 – Full charge: Place the robot on the dock and charge for at least 5–6 hours until fully charged.
- Step 2 – Run to depletion: Start a cleaning cycle and let it run until it returns to dock or shuts off. Note the runtime.
- Step 3 – Inspect battery (advanced): Remove the bottom cover and check that the battery pack is not swollen and that its connector is firmly seated.
- Step 4 – Replace battery: If runtime is significantly below the original specification (e.g., less than 20–30 minutes), replace the battery pack with a genuine OKP battery of the same rating.
