Possible Causes
Corrupted firmware, Main control board failure, Power-on self-test failure, Memory IC fault
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock.
- Hard reset: Turn the main power switch OFF (if available) or hold the power button for 10–15 seconds to force a shutdown. Wait 1–2 minutes, then power it back ON.
- Factory reset: Use the Philips app or button combination described in the manual to perform a factory reset. Note that this will erase schedules and settings.
- Update firmware: If the robot can connect to the app, check for and install any firmware updates.
- Test operation: Run a short cleaning cycle to see if E19 reappears.
- Service if unresolved: Persistent E19 indicates a likely main PCB hardware fault. The main control board should be replaced by an authorized service center.
