Possible Causes
Robot disconnected from Wi-Fi, Changed router or password, Weak signal at dock, Faulty Wi-Fi module
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No internal access is required.
- Check Wi-Fi status: Look for a Wi-Fi indicator on the robot (if available). If off or blinking, the robot is not connected.
- Verify network: Ensure your phone is on the same 2.4 GHz network and that the router is functioning.
- Re-pair robot: In the Philips app, follow the steps to add or re-add the robot, including resetting Wi-Fi on the robot.
- Move dock: Place the dock closer to the router to improve signal strength.
- Firmware update: If connection is restored, update firmware to the latest version.
- Service if still offline: If the robot cannot connect to any network, the Wi-Fi module may be defective and require replacement.
