Possible Causes
Partially clogged water outlets, Worn or uneven mop cloth, Air trapped in water tank, Weak water pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove the mop water tank to avoid spills.
- Clean mop cloth: Remove the mop pad and wash it thoroughly. Replace it if it is worn or hardened.
- Clear water outlets: Inspect the water outlet holes on the tank or mop plate. Use a pin or soft brush to clear any mineral deposits or debris.
- Remove air bubbles: Fill the tank completely, gently shake it, and reinstall. Start mop mode and let it run for a few minutes to purge air from the lines.
- Adjust water level (if available): Use the Philips app or robot controls to increase water flow if the setting is too low.
- Persistent issue: If only one side of the mop gets wet or water flow is very weak, the pump may be failing and the mop tank/pump assembly may need replacement.
