Possible Causes

Clogged primary filter, Dust bin full, Blocked suction channel near main brush, Worn suction motor brushes or bearings

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and remove it from the dock before cleaning.

  • Empty dust bin: Remove and empty the dust container completely.
  • Clean/replace filters: Remove the pre-filter and HEPA/fine filter. Clean or replace them according to the Philips manual. Never operate with missing filters.
  • Check suction path: Inspect the inlet at the main brush area and the internal duct in the dust bin for clogs. Remove any compacted dust or debris.
  • Inspect main brush: Clean hair and fibers from the main brush and end caps to ensure proper airflow.
  • Test suction: Run the robot and feel for airflow at the exhaust. If airflow remains very weak, the suction motor may be worn and require replacement.
