Robot vacuum's front caster wheel does not rotate freely, causing drag marks or navigation issues.

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot and flip it over.

• Remove caster wheel: Pull the front caster wheel straight up out of its socket. Some models may require a gentle pry with a flat tool.
• Clean axle: Remove hair and debris from the caster axle and inside the socket using tweezers or a small brush.
• Check rotation: Spin the caster wheel by hand. It should rotate smoothly. If it feels rough or wobbly, replace the caster assembly.
• Reinstall: Push the caster back into its socket until it clicks.
• Test navigation: Run the robot and observe if it moves smoothly without dragging.
