  • Verify dock power: Plug the dock back in and confirm any indicator light is on. Test the outlet with another device if unsure.
  • Align robot correctly: Place the robot on the dock manually, ensuring the contacts touch. The robot should beep and show charging status in the app.
  • Check cable routing: Ensure the dock is on a flat surface with 0.5–1 m of clear space on each side so the robot can align itself.
