Possible Causes

Water outlet clogged with debris or scale, Mop pad not installed correctly, Flow level set to low or off in app, Airlock in water line

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the water tank and mop pad with the robot powered off.

Step-by-step:

  • Check flow settings: In the app, set water flow to medium or high.
  • Clean outlets: Inspect the water outlet holes on the tank and mop bracket. Use a soft brush or toothpick gently to clear any blockage.
  • Reinstall mop pad: Attach the pad firmly to the Velcro or clips so it makes full contact with the water outlet.
  • Prime the system: Start a mopping task and let it run for several minutes to allow water to reach the pad.

If the pad remains dry, the internal pump or valve may be partially blocked or failing and may need replacement.
