Possible Causes
Main PCB failure, Power button switch failure, Internal low‑voltage power supply fault, Corrupted firmware
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn the robot OFF and remove it from the charging dock. Do not open the unit if it is under warranty.
- Reboot the robot: Press and hold the power/start button for 10–15 seconds until the unit powers off, then press again to restart. On some Samsung models, toggle the main power switch on the side or bottom OFF for 30 seconds, then back ON.
- Check the dock and power: Verify the charging station is plugged directly into a working wall outlet (no power strip). Confirm the dock LED is lit and the robot’s charge contacts align correctly.
- Battery wake-up: Leave the robot on the dock for at least 3–4 hours to ensure the battery is not in deep discharge. Try starting a cleaning cycle from the app and from the physical button.
- Update firmware: Open the Samsung SmartThings or Samsung robot vacuum app, connect to the robot, and check for firmware updates. Install any available update and reboot the robot again.
- If C00 persists: The internal low‑voltage supply or main PCB may be faulty. Do not continue to power cycle repeatedly. Contact Samsung support or a qualified technician for board‑level diagnosis and replacement.
