How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not open or puncture the battery pack. Avoid using the robot if the battery is swollen or hot.
- Hard reset on dock: Place the robot on the dock and ensure it is charging (charging icon or LED). Leave it for at least 3 hours, then attempt to start cleaning.
- Check for overheating: If the robot or battery area feels hot, let it cool for at least 1 hour before retrying.
- Inspect externally: Look for signs of swelling or deformation of the battery compartment. If present, discontinue use immediately.
- Battery replacement: If C10 persists and the robot is out of warranty, the battery pack likely needs replacement with a compatible Samsung battery. This usually involves removing the bottom cover and unplugging the pack; if you are not experienced, have a technician perform this.
