Possible Causes
Brush or wheel jam causing high current, Clogged suction path, Shorted motor winding, Defective main PCB current sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot immediately to prevent further damage.
- Inspect brushes and wheels: Flip the robot over and remove the main brush and side brushes. Clear all hair, threads, and debris from the brush ends, bearings, and wheel axles.
- Check for obstructions: Remove the dustbin and inspect the suction inlet and cyclone for blockages. Clean thoroughly.
- Run without brushes (test only): With brushes removed, power on the robot and start a short cleaning test on a flat surface. If C11 no longer appears, one of the brush motors or brush assemblies is overloading.
- If C11 still appears: A motor or the main PCB current sensing circuit may be defective. Further diagnosis and part replacement should be done by a technician.
