How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Do not attempt to jump‑start or externally charge the battery pack.

- Try starting after full charge: After extended charging, attempt to start a cleaning cycle. If C14 reappears immediately, the battery is likely failing.
- Battery replacement: Replace the battery pack with a genuine Samsung replacement compatible with your model. This typically involves removing the bottom cover and unplugging the old pack.
