Robot stuck on a threshold or cable, Wheel lifted off the floor, Faulty wheel lift sensor, Miscalibrated tilt/orientation sensor
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot before freeing it from obstacles.
- Relocate robot: Move the robot to a flat, open area away from thick rugs, thresholds, and cables.
- Inspect wheels: Check that both drive wheels contact the floor and move freely. Remove any debris under the wheels or chassis.
- Restart on flat surface: Power on the robot while it is on a level floor and start a cleaning cycle. Observe whether it moves normally.
- If C15 continues on flat floors: The wheel lift or tilt sensor may be faulty, requiring internal diagnosis and replacement by a technician.
