How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot before cleaning the camera lens.
- Clean camera lens: Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to gently wipe the top camera lens. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Improve lighting: Ensure the room has moderate, even lighting. Avoid very dark rooms or direct sunlight shining into the camera.
- Reboot and remap: Restart the robot and initiate a new mapping run from the app.
- If C19 persists: The camera module or its connection to the main PCB may be faulty. Internal access and replacement should be done by a technician.
