Robot vacuum shows E2 and side brush does not rotate.

Safety first: Turn off the robot before handling the side brush.

• Remove side brush: Unscrew or pull off the side brush (depending on model). Clear all hair and debris from the hub and shaft.
• Inspect motor shaft: Check that the motor shaft is not bent and can rotate by hand.
• Test without brush: Power on the robot and start a cleaning cycle briefly. Observe whether the side brush motor shaft spins. If it does, replace the side brush with a new Samsung‑compatible brush.
• If shaft does not spin: The side brush motor or its wiring is faulty and should be replaced.
