Possible Causes
Clogged dustbin or cyclone, Blocked suction inlet at main brush, Severely clogged filter, Foreign object in suction channel
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the dustbin.
- Empty dustbin: Open the bin and empty all contents. Tap gently to dislodge fine dust.
- Clean cyclone and channels: Inspect the internal cyclone and air passages for clumps of dust or objects. Remove carefully.
- Check suction inlet: With the main brush removed, look into the suction opening for blockages and clear them.
- Clean/replace filter: If the filter is heavily soiled, clean or replace it according to Samsung’s instructions.
- Test suction: Reassemble and start the robot. If E3 persists, the suction sensor or fan motor may be faulty and require service.
