How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off and undock the robot before maintenance.

  • Empty and clean dustbin: Remove the bin, empty it fully, and rinse if the manual allows. Dry completely before reinstalling.
  • Clean/replace filters: Remove the pre‑filter and HEPA filter. Tap gently to remove dust or replace if heavily soiled or older than the recommended interval.
  • Check suction path: Remove the main brush and inspect the suction inlet and internal channels for clogs. Remove any debris.
  • Inspect main brush: If bristles are worn flat or deformed, replace the main brush with a genuine Samsung part.
