How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn the robot OFF.
- Remove dust bin: Press the bin release and pull the bin completely out.
- Inspect and clean: Empty the bin, clean the bin contacts and the sensor area inside the robot with a dry cloth.
- Check bin tabs: Ensure the plastic tabs or magnets used for detection are intact and not broken.
- Reinstall firmly: Slide the bin back in until it clicks and sits flush with the robot body.
- Power on and test: Turn the robot back on and start a cleaning cycle.
If E10 persists with a properly seated bin, the bin sensor switch or board may need replacement.
