Possible Causes

Dust bin not fully seated, Dust bin sensor switch stuck, Debris in bin sensor slot, Broken bin detection tab on dust bin

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn the robot OFF.

  • Remove dust bin: Press the bin release and pull the bin completely out.
  • Inspect and clean: Empty the bin, clean the bin contacts and the sensor area inside the robot with a dry cloth.
  • Check bin tabs: Ensure the plastic tabs or magnets used for detection are intact and not broken.
  • Reinstall firmly: Slide the bin back in until it clicks and sits flush with the robot body.
  • Power on and test: Turn the robot back on and start a cleaning cycle.

If E10 persists with a properly seated bin, the bin sensor switch or board may need replacement.
