Possible Causes

Loose battery connector, Corroded battery contacts, Battery pack internal failure, Faulty main power board

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn the robot OFF and remove it from the dock. If your Shark model has a removable battery, proceed; if not, contact a technician.

  • Access battery: Turn the robot over and remove the battery cover screws (if present). Lift the cover.
  • Check connections: Ensure the battery plug is fully seated in the connector. Gently unplug and replug to clean the contact surfaces.
  • Inspect contacts: Look for corrosion or discoloration on the battery terminals. Light surface oxidation can be gently cleaned with a dry cloth.
  • Reassemble: Reinstall the battery cover and screws securely.
  • Charge fully: Place the robot on the dock and allow a full charge before testing.

If E11 continues, the battery pack or main power board likely needs replacement.
