How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Keep the robot on the dock during this procedure.
- Reboot robot: Turn the robot OFF (or press and hold the power/clean button per manual) to reboot, then turn it back ON.
- Check Wi‑Fi: Ensure your 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi network is active and the signal is strong near the dock.
- Re-pair in app: Open the SharkClean app, remove the robot, then add it again following the pairing instructions.
If E13 persists and the robot cannot maintain connection, the Wi‑Fi module or main board may be defective.
