Possible Causes
Suction motor jammed by debris, Blocked air path in dust bin or filters, Failing suction motor bearings, Motor driver fault on PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn the robot OFF and remove from dock.
- Empty dust bin: Remove and empty the bin completely.
- Clean filters: Remove pre-motor and HEPA filters (if equipped). Tap gently over a trash can to remove dust. Follow Shark's instructions for washing if allowed, and ensure filters are completely dry before reinstalling.
- Check air path: Inspect the suction inlet and bin channels for clogs and remove any debris.
- Reassemble and test: Reinstall filters and bin, then power on and start a cleaning cycle.
If E14 returns and suction sounds weak or abnormal, the suction motor assembly may need replacement.
