Possible Causes
Corrupted firmware, Failed flash memory on main PCB, Interrupted firmware update, Power surge during operation
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Keep the robot on the dock with stable power.
- Hard reboot: Perform a full power cycle according to the user manual (often holding the power button for 10–15 seconds).
- Reinstall firmware: Use the SharkClean app to check for and apply any firmware updates. Do not interrupt the process.
If E20 remains after firmware recovery attempts, the main control board's memory may be damaged and require replacement.
