How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn the robot OFF and remove it from the dock.
- Allow to cool: If the robot feels warm, let it sit powered off for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.
- Check for heavy loads: Clean the main brush, side brushes, and wheels to reduce motor load.
- Full recharge: Place the robot on the dock and allow it to charge uninterrupted until fully charged (often indicated by a solid light).
- Test run: Run a short cleaning cycle and monitor for recurrence.
If E9 recurs frequently, the battery pack or internal power board may be failing and should be replaced.
