Safety: Keep the robot on the dock.
- Check Wi‑Fi: Confirm your 2.4 GHz network is active and the phone is connected.
- Re-pair robot: In the SharkClean app, remove the robot and follow the setup process to add it again.
- Improve signal: Move the dock closer to the router or use a Wi‑Fi extender.
If the robot cannot be discovered during setup, the internal Wi‑Fi module may be faulty.
