How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot.
- Adjust environment: Tuck in or trim rug fringes where safe and appropriate. Use cord organizers to lift cables off the floor.
- Use no-go zones: If your Shark model supports mapping, set no-go zones around delicate rugs in the app.
- Brush change: Consider replacing the main brush with a softer-bristle or multi-surface Shark brush if available for your model.
