How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the robot.
- Inspect filters: Remove the HEPA and pre-motor filters. Replace if torn, deformed, or heavily soiled.
- Check seals: Inspect rubber gaskets around the filter frame and bin inlet. Ensure they are not twisted or damaged.
- Inspect dust bin: Look for cracks or gaps in the bin body and lid. Replace the bin if damaged.
- Reassemble carefully: Seat filters and bin firmly to ensure airtight fit.
