Possible Causes

Dust bin full, Pre-motor filter clogged, HEPA exhaust filter clogged, Debris blocking suction inlet

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety: Turn the robot OFF and remove it from the dock.

  • Empty dust bin: Remove and fully empty the bin. Wipe inside with a dry cloth.
  • Clean pre-motor filter: Remove the foam/felt filter. Tap gently over a trash can. If the manual allows, rinse with water and let it dry completely (24 hours) before reinstalling.
  • Clean HEPA filter: Remove the HEPA filter and tap gently to remove dust. Replace if heavily soiled or damaged.
  • Check suction inlet: Inspect the opening from the floor to the bin for clogs and remove any debris.
  • Reassemble and test: Reinstall filters and bin, then run a test clean.
