Possible Causes

How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn the robot OFF and remove it from the dock.
- Empty dust bin: Remove and fully empty the bin. Wipe inside with a dry cloth.
- Clean pre-motor filter: Remove the foam/felt filter. Tap gently over a trash can. If the manual allows, rinse with water and let it dry completely (24 hours) before reinstalling.
- Clean HEPA filter: Remove the HEPA filter and tap gently to remove dust. Replace if heavily soiled or damaged.
- Check suction inlet: Inspect the opening from the floor to the bin for clogs and remove any debris.
- Reassemble and test: Reinstall filters and bin, then run a test clean.
