Robot vacuum runs for only a few minutes then returns to dock or shuts off

Safety: Turn the robot OFF and remove from dock.

• Full charge: Place the robot on the dock and allow it to charge uninterrupted for at least 4–6 hours.
• Test runtime: Run a full cleaning cycle and time how long it operates.
• Replace battery: If runtime is significantly below the original specification (e.g., less than 20–30 minutes), replace the battery pack with a compatible Shark battery.
