Robot vacuum starts but stops after a few seconds with no specific code, just a tone or generic error

Possible Causes

Brush or wheel jam detected, Dust bin not seated, Bumper stuck, Low battery voltage

Safety: Turn OFF the robot.

Check bin: Remove and firmly reinstall the dust bin.
Inspect brushes and wheels: Ensure main brush, side brushes, and wheels spin freely and are free of debris.
Check bumper: Press and release the front bumper to confirm free movement.
Charge fully: Place the robot on the dock until fully charged, then retry.
