Possible Causes
Battery completely discharged or failed, Faulty power switch, Failed main control board, Dock not supplying power
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Verify the dock is plugged into a working outlet.
- Check dock power: Confirm the dock's indicator light is on. Try another outlet if needed.
- Manual docking: Place the robot directly onto the dock, ensuring charging contacts align. Look for charging indicators on the robot.
- Hard reset: If the model has a power switch, turn it OFF for 30 seconds then ON while on the dock.
- Battery replacement: If the robot shows no signs of life after extended charging (8+ hours), replace the battery pack.
If a new battery does not restore power, the main control board or internal power circuitry is likely faulty.
