How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF and invert the robot.
- Check brushes: Ensure side brushes are firmly attached and not jammed with hair.
- Manual spin test: Spin each side brush by hand; they should rotate freely.
- Test without brushes: Remove the brushes and run the robot; lightly touch the motor shafts to feel for rotation (do not force them).
If the motors do not turn at all, the side brush motor assemblies or main board outputs may be faulty and require replacement.
