Possible Causes
Weak Wi‑Fi signal at dock, Incorrect Wi‑Fi password or band, Internal Wi‑Fi module fault, Antenna cable disconnected
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No electrical disassembly is required for basic troubleshooting.
Network checks:
- Ensure your router is broadcasting a 2.4 GHz network (most Tesvor robots do not support 5 GHz only).
- Move the charging dock closer to the router or reduce obstacles between them.
- Reset the robot's Wi‑Fi settings using the button combination described in the user manual, then re-add the robot in the Tesvor app.
App and firmware:
- Update the Tesvor app to the latest version.
- Check for firmware updates for the robot once it is temporarily connected.
If E11 persists and other devices work fine on Wi‑Fi: The internal Wi‑Fi module or antenna may be faulty. Internal antenna cables are delicate; inspection and replacement should be done by a technician.
