How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot.
Clean front sensors:
- Locate the front-facing infrared or wall-following sensors on the front bumper or body.
- Wipe the sensor windows gently with a soft, dry microfiber cloth.
- Ensure there are no stickers or decorative covers blocking the sensors.
Test navigation:
- Power on the robot and start a cleaning cycle along a wall. Observe whether it can follow the wall and avoid obstacles.
