Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Place the robot on a flat, hard floor and turn it off.
Basic reset:
- Turn the robot off for 1–2 minutes, then back on while it is resting level.
- Avoid starting cleaning while holding the robot in the air or on thick, uneven rugs.
If E17 appears even on flat floors: The internal tilt sensor (often part of the IMU) may be faulty or its connector loose. This requires opening the robot and checking the sensor board or main board; professional service is recommended.
