Possible Causes
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the robot and remove the dust bin.
Check dust bin and filters:
- Empty the dust bin completely.
- Remove the primary filter and HEPA filter (if present). Tap them gently over a trash can to remove dust. Do not wash HEPA filters unless the manual explicitly allows it.
- Inspect the air path from the dust bin to the fan inlet for clogs (dust clumps, paper, etc.) and remove any blockage.
Re-seat components:
- Reinstall the filters correctly and push the dust bin firmly back into place until it clicks.
- Ensure any dust bin detection switch is not obstructed.
Test suction:
- Power on the robot and start cleaning. Place your hand near the exhaust to feel for airflow.
If there is still no suction and E8 remains: The vacuum fan motor or its wiring may have failed. Do not continue running the robot without suction, as it can overheat. The fan module is usually replaceable as a unit; contact a technician or Tesvor support for replacement.
