How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: No hardware risk; this is primarily a connectivity issue.
Software steps:
- Check that the robot shows as online in the Tesvor app; if offline, verify Wi‑Fi connectivity.
- Log out and back into the app, or reinstall the app.
- Remove the robot from the app and re-add it following the pairing instructions.
- Update the robot firmware if an update is available.
If the robot never appears online despite successful pairing: The Wi‑Fi module may be partially failing. Hardware replacement of the Wi‑Fi module or main board may be required.
